Terms

These Terms of Service set the rules for your use of AI For Leaders websites, newsletters, premium subscriptions, digital products, events, and any related services that we provide. In these Terms, AI For Leaders is called “AI For Leaders”, “we”, “our”, or “us”. Our services are called the “Services”. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are and how these Terms work

AI For Leaders provides analysis, newsletters, email courses, digital guides, and related content for business audiences. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and AI For Leaders. The agreement also includes the Privacy Policy and any product specific terms that we present to you at the time of purchase or sign up. If there is a conflict, the product specific terms will control for that product.

We update these Terms when needed. We post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will try to notify you in a clear way. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the changes.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You need to be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the security of your account, your login details, and all activity that happens through your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. What you can do with our content

All content on the Services is owned by AI For Leaders or our licensors. This includes text, graphics, video, audio, logos, trade marks, and the look and feel of the Services. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own internal business or personal use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content unless we give you written permission or a product licence says you can.

4. Your content and feedback

You may be able to submit comments, testimonials, messages, or other content. You keep ownership of your content. You give AI For Leaders a worldwide, non exclusive, transferable, sub licensable, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your content in connection with the Services and our marketing. This licence continues even if you stop using the Services. Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not submit anything unlawful or infringing.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them with no obligation to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful way. You must not:

  • violate any law or the rights of others
  • post or transmit anything abusive, defamatory, hateful, or illegal
  • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools to access the Services without written consent
  • reverse engineer or try to access source code
  • misuse any security or authentication measures
  • use our content to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system without written consent
  • resell, redistribute, or provide paid access to our content without permission

6. Subscriptions, trials, and auto renewal

We offer free and paid subscriptions. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We will tell you the price, billing period, and renewal terms at checkout.

Trials may be offered from time to time. If your plan includes a trial, we will tell you the length and what happens when it ends. When the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription and we will charge the fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund charges that have already been paid unless a refund right applies under these Terms or the law.

7. Prices, billing, and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. If we change subscription prices, we will give you notice in advance and tell you when the change takes effect. If you do not want the new price, cancel before the next renewal. Taxes may apply based on your location and the law. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it up to date.

8. Refunds

For digital subscriptions and downloadable products, we do not provide refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law or where a specific product page says otherwise. This does not affect any statutory rights you have, including under UK consumer law.

9. Digital products and licence terms

We may sell digital guides, playbooks, templates, and courses. Your purchase grants you a non transferable licence to use the item for your own internal business or personal use. You must not share download links in public, resell the files, or distribute the content to third parties without written permission. Team or enterprise licences will include separate terms which you must follow.

10. Email communications

When you sign up for newsletters or a subscription, you agree to receive service emails related to your account, billing, and product access. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link. You will still receive transactional emails that are necessary to provide the Services.

11. Promotions and referral programmes

Sometimes we run promotions, discounts, or referral programmes. Each promotion has its own rules. We may change or end a promotion at any time. Codes are not cash, must be used as stated, and can be withdrawn if used in breach of the rules.

12. Third party services and links

The Services may link to websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and is subject to their terms and policies.

13. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data and the choices you have. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where they apply. If we act as a processor for a business customer, our data processing terms will apply to that relationship.

14. Intellectual property and takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, contact us with details of the work, the location of the content, and your contact information. We may remove content or restrict access where appropriate.

15. Service changes and availability

We improve and update the Services over time. Features may change or be removed. We try to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise continuous or error free operation.

16. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the content is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Our analysis is for information only. It is not legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the content.

17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to the previous paragraph, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services in that period or one hundred pounds, whichever is higher.

18. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for any losses, damages, costs, and expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. This includes reasonable legal costs.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if we believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop providing the Services. If we end your access for breach, we may keep fees already paid.

20. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Services. Consumers in the UK may also have rights to bring claims in local courts as provided by law.

21. Consumer rights for UK and EU users

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have certain legal rights. For digital content supplied by us, you may have a right to repair or replacement if the content is not of satisfactory quality or as described. You may also have a right to a price reduction if repair or replacement is not possible. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

When you buy a subscription that starts right away, you agree that the digital service begins immediately and that you lose the standard cancellation right once full access is provided. This is permitted by law for digital content that is supplied immediately with your consent. We still allow cancellation at any time to stop future renewals.

22. International users

We provide the Services globally. We give the same level of care to all users, but legal rights may differ in your country. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you.

23. Notices and communication

We will contact you by email or by posting notices on the Services. By using the Services you agree to receive these electronic communications. They satisfy any legal requirement for communication in writing.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will post changes here and update the date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will try to give you advance notice. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Services before it takes effect.

25. Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

26. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product specific terms are the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

27. No waiver

If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we give up that right.
